Whether it's your child's birthday party, a family reunion, company event, fundraiser, baby shower, or a pot-luck style gathering of friends, Pinwheel Play is the perfect place to host your next event. In our beautiful private party room, you can use the expansive buffet to display your own food and beverages and use the room as a home base for children to play within the space. Our staff will make sure your event is seamless from start to finish. Your reservation includes a 2-hour rental in our party room ($129 plus tax) and open play during and after your party for $8.00 per child plus tax (12 months and older). You have a 20 minute set up time before your party begins. Visit our space page to learn more about our clean, unique, modern facility. All children must be accompanied by an adult, no drop off parties allowed. How do I Reserve the Party Room?

Please send an email to lisa@pinwheelplay.com or call 952-300-8070 and we can help you with everything! Parties can not be purchased from the kiosk in our vestibule. The party room is private but the play space is not.

Do I have to reserve the Party Room for a small or impromptu celebration?

Yes. We do not allow celebrations of any kind involving cake or cupcakes, buffet style food, balloons, decorations, presents etc without reserving the party room. Parties can not be purchased from our vestibule kiosk. You must plan ahead.

How many people can the room hold?

The max capacity for our party room is 28 adults and children.

Can I bring in my own food?

Yes! You can bring in your own food, beverages and cake. Please note: WE ARE A NUT FREE FACILITY. No liquor is allowed on site. Please keep all food in the party room and out of the play areas.

Do you have invitations we can print off?

Yes! You can print off the 8.5 x 11" invitation (we send via email as a PDF) to fill out and distribute to your guests. If you are making/ordering your own invitations, don't forget to let your guests know that all adults and children must wear socks in our facility.

Can I bring in my own decor, entertainment, etc?

Yes! All decor must remain in the party room. Any children's entertainment must be approved by Pinwheel staff before booking and entertainers must remain in the private party room so as not to take away from others playtime. Only scotch tape is allowed for hanging decorations in the party room.

What does it cost?

All parties must reserve the private party room for $129 plus tax (2 hours). The birthday child is free (limited to 1 child). Each child (12 months and over) attending the party is an additional $8. To add an extra 30 minutes is $50. We do require a ratio of one paying child to 4 free adults.

What should my guests know before coming?

We require EVERYONE TO WEAR SOCKS! (this includes children AND adults). All children must have a signed waiver on file before playing in our space. Our staff will greet your guests at the door and have them sign the waiver at that time.

When can I book a party?

Party room rentals are available at the following times:

Mon-Fri (call or email for options)

Saturday: 10:00am-Noon, 1:00pm-3:00pm, 4:00pm-6:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am-Noon, 1:00pm-3:00pm, 4:00pm-6:00pm

During the summer we are more flexible with the above times.
